Our expertise:

Custom Forging Components: Our custom metal forging services encompasses: Grain augers, universal joints, tie rods, exhaust flanges, ventilation components, nuts & bolts and hardware. Material we forge: Carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, tool steel (H-11, H-13, S-7), Inconel.

Processes: Hammer Forging: We work with materials up to 50 pounds and 36 inches, delivering up to 96,000 pounds of force.

Press Forging: Round or asymmetrical components can be custom press forged in our facility with a tonnage of up to 4,000 tons.

Cross-Roll Forging: Particularly for automotive, agricultural and industrial applications, we provide cross-rolled components up to 30 inches in length and 4 inches in diameter.

Tube Fabrication and Bending Services
Tube fabrication is the process of bending a tube to a specified shape that meets customer functional and dimensional design specifications. We offer Laser Tube Cutting, Robotic Welding and Assembly.

This is particularly helpful in achieving prototyping changes; production flexibility and repeatability; higher overall quality; reduced costs and faster turnaround.
